Why am I telling you this?
 
As you grow up, you will formulate ideas of what you want to become as an adult. Those ideas may be grand, like becoming an astronaut or a Prime Minister. Or perhaps they may be more humble and follow your passions and hobbies.
 
Whatever you decide, I always want you to have the choices that I never had. To be free to choose whichever path you wish. But most importantly, to be able to choose to change that path whenever you want to and not feel beholden to it.

In this new digital age (that will probably just feel like normal life to you), there has never been so much freedom and opportunity in the history of mankind. For the first time in our history, thanks to the internet, we have finally been able to unlink the age-old connection between time and money.
 
No longer is our success governed by the number of hours that we used to work. Now, it’s about working smarter, not harder. You are born into this, it was different for us and we had to work for it.. 

Anyway, the good news is, not long to that Disney Land that your sister asked for…
