Earlier I said to myself, I’m grounded on this bed for the weekend until I finish all the tasks I set for the weekend. .and everything I step down I gonna do the pushups.. Woke up very early today had a very funny day. Friday at work.

I just found myself going and browsing excel advanced courses on Youtube when I started thinking about work the next thing I thought was excel,. nice to see the mind pattern.

What would it take for all my relations to get better? With parents, with work, with siblings, workmates, people I know.. everyone. I send my F5 Refresh button to all my relations. I’m sending my love, blessings, good wishes and I put you all in a bubble and I release you all mentally and spiritually go your way and let’s both be happy and I wish you all my best and I will always love you for what it’s worth.. 4:30 pm.. sister phoned today after a long time.. we were talking and dad started ringing I said to sis, Dads ringing let me ring you back and I phoned Dad spoke quickly for 2 min he said he’s going to bed and was just gonna see and then rung back sister..

Ta ha.. Ta ha..

In ancient days.. the Saints put the fire in the middle and they sit around it with Ghee and recite the Sanskrit hymns from Upanishads to either have their wishes fulfilled or to avoid any negative future outcomes.. I spoke about my sister and I started thinking about the Muni’s the Saints.. She’s very goal-oriented.

Ate dinner today Beef and rice watching Parks and recreations on Netflix..

For work finishing on time on Friday
Felt so grateful for the best nap I had today after work around 6:30 pm.
Feel so grateful I finished typing something after so much procrastination..
