Woke up early, was still in bed, and had to work at 2 pm, so had a lie in the bed, got off around 07:20, freshened up and rang Mother to wish her happy birthday. We spoke for a while; my cousin was ringing her so we hung up. Bhaia and Deedi already spoke to her. She said she was feeling a bit under the weather. I hope it’ll be gone by tomorrow morning. Sending my love, blessings, and well-being wishes towards everyone feeling a little under the weather.

Got to the gym around 08:40, and had a really, really, really good workout. Did upper body back, 4 sets of 10 reps of pull-ups on the bar, then lat pulldowns, reverse grip cable rows, one-arm dumbbell row, and lateral raises. Had a shower and got back home around 09:45. The sun was out, bright blue and mild outside weather. Tidied up the flat, then sat down, chatted with brother for a bit, and then also with a mate I met on my way home from the gym. Trimmed beard, hoovered the flat, made breakfast – Daal aur Roti, ate while watching Suits, then started getting ready for work. It was already 14:00 by then. It started pouring down like anything in London. The rain went on until 14:20 when I left home, got to work at 14:30, wore a white shirt, and brown trousers, feeling good. Sat waiting for a bit, worked as a buddy for a new colleague joining on Sunday, gave the tour and chat. Bid them farewell at 19:20, logged off, rode my bike back home, spoke to brother for a bit, then sat on the phone.

3 things I felt grateful for today:

• Due to the rain, stayed at home and did not worry about the time and was not stressful in mind.

• Grateful the shirt was very well ironed, even though less time was used on it.

• Grateful for the last minutes, sat down to type something and going to bed now.

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10x bigger, thicker, more energetic, confident, happy, grateful, healthy, wealthy, have a workout in the morning, make it to work sharp, have the day go fine, everything to be fine with family, friends, and everyone around, then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing, yet a productive day tomorrow?
