Woke up early, cloudy and windy outside with about 18 degrees, no Sun.. checked the group chats on Whatsapp, family, then accommodation, and friends group, and all seemed quiet and fine.
Sat and mediated 15 min, I wore a white t-shirt, navy blue side white strips shorts and, thin black raincoat, black puma trainers, got the bike out, left home, and got to the gym around 8:10 AM.. had a really really really really really good workout..
Did upper body, 5 x sets of 8 reps Incline Barbell bench press, 5 sets Flat dumbbell bench press, 5 x Seated Dumbell press, 5 x Rear dealt flyes, 5 x Leg extensions, 5 x of drop sets Shoulder press on the machine and 7 x Abs press on my way out. Was feeling very very good when I left..
I just left the gym and I saw this guy was breaking someone else’s lock to steal a bike, it was right next to me and I looked at him straight into his eyes and confronted him, don’t do it.. he said fxxx you! and he had a weapon in his hand a hammer.. I thought it was best I keep quiet, get my bike and leave.. There was no security to alert, it was right in the middle of the main Wandsworth road there was nothing I could think of doing when I see him with his hammer for me to act.. then I remembered the old quote from Mr. Ali…

I left, and got home straight, a bit anxious a month ago it was mine and today it was someone’s bike’s been stolen.. better I don’t think of it much.. I logged in sharp at work at 9 AM..

Logged in sharp at work around 9 AM.. Boss doesn’t work on Fridays, TL’s on AL, back on Monday so had been working on Audits, that’d been building up and needed to be done before his return so today was the day so I put Virgin radio on, and situationally, Nothing’s gonna stop us by Starship was playing..

Worked straight till 12:45.. Today is also Jumma.. Friday important prayer day, I cannot go to the mosque today because I needed to get to work in the afternoon for the Awards ceremony I had the invitation to go.. I didn’t want to go since I had already been there 3 times this week to work, then boss’s said, nobody is going from our team, it’d be nice if you could make it, he used that card, so I had to go and show my face.. Had a shower and offered 2 x Rakaths of Jumma Salah and left home around 13:40 and got to work around 14:00, went to the Jubilee room..The awards already started but it was fully packed. There was no place to stand and all were crammed into a small room so in the first break I said hello to a colleague and left home for home. I was glad I made it and I was glad to be able to leave early.. Time for a song.. So glad it is Friday! The Friday you are the sweet Friday!
I have been looking for you since Monday.
Went to the supermarket on my way home, got meat and groceries, and got home, rested for a bit and Mother texted around 16:45.. all’s well, Dad went to bed she’s about to go and we had a chat how the day went, brother spoke to them earlier.. then around 18:20 went to the gym for the 2nd time to do only the pull-ups and stretches and got home in 30 min.. Made dinner watched The Revenant on the Netflix and then now sitting down to type around midnight.. Can I ask for something else for the day to be then what it was today.. Should we not be grateful for every moment on given on the planet?

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, more energetic, confident, happier, richer and everything to be just fine and have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet productive day tomorrow and then the rest of the weekend? and all negative patterns against this please get removed..
