By the time I finally sit down in the day it becomes midnight the day is gone and I have to wake up again in a few hours, hoping to be up early to make it to the gym in the morning, if go Iβll be late and If I donβt I feel the guilt.. I donβt feel like sleeping at all and when I sleep I donβt feel like waking up, itβs dark, cold, and freezing and itβs so nice to stay in bed.. and perhaps go back inside the duvet.
It seems one day I woke up and said, oh.. thank God, Allaha, I donβt have to do anything today, I donβt have to do anything this week, I donβt have to do anything at all.. I donβt have to wake up .. I donβt have to answer the phone, I donβt have to respond to WhatsApp.. I donβt have to go anywhere, I donβt have e to buy anything.. maybe I should have a w***? maybe not I donβt want to get the tissue out. I donβt want to get out of my duvet. itβs so warm and itβs still dark outside and I donβt have to get up.. I donβt need to find out what time it is.. .. .I want to wake up for Fajr but I can wait for the alarm to go on off..

Anyway, woke up early today, cold, wet, and grey outside.. slept fully dressed to I was feeling warm enough, ate breakfast, Tuna, mediated a few min went to the gym at 07:25 AM. got there,. did 10 x sets of 8 reps of Pull-ups on the bar, 6 x sets of 8 reps of Shoulders on the machine, and then 4 sets of drop sets of Abs on the machine, At home, the shower was busy, so got dressed and left for work and got there around 09:15.. feeling fresh and refreshed.. Annual award day today so was invited to the chambers so went there, sat and clapped for an hour, and then back to the desk and did meyh meyh.. meyh⦠until 5:15 pm.. left work so cold outside.. bike seat was freezing, and hands freezing.. the lights are working well.. brother had messaged around 15:30 parents prbly going to visit him in Feb, felt happy.
home at 18:15. had 2 mince pies and a large cup of milk tea and went to the gym again and did 6 x sets of 8 reps of pulls ups, health, Beauty, wealth, success, confidence, testosterone, growth hormone, and symmetry until I had enough of workouts and then moved to 4 x sets of 8 reps of Shoulders on the machine and 4 sets of drop sets of Abs on the machineβ¦ got home, made dinner beef,, ate watching the queenβs gambit Netflixβ¦ and started tidying up and getting ready for tomorrow and by the time I sat down its midnightβ¦.. Walking hand in hand. the story repeats tomorrow.

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times Bigger, stronger, leaner, intelligencer, happier, richer tomorrow and probably make it to the gym and then get to work and rest of the day, have a productive, productive, productive yet a relaxing day tomorrow and all negative patterns, please get removed now! goodnight, goodluck, Ash
