Woke up early, ate a can of Tuna, mediatedΒ for 15 min and got ready and went to the gym only for 15 in around 07:20 AM .. Had a quick workout, 4 x sets of 8 reps pull-ups on the bar and then 4 x sets of 8 reps drop sets Shoulders on the Machine and 4 x sets of 8 reps to drop sets of Abs on the machine.. and quickly got out. .

Walked back home, legs still aching from last night’s run and yesterday’s leg workout.

07:40 got home, shower head had been playing up so used a bucket for a shower.. Bud bud bud.. garam pani ( hot water) also did Wazoo.. then offered 2 Rakaths Farj Namaz and then 2 Rakahths and Salah to Hajath.. and wore light blue trousers and bright white shirt tucked in and red trainers to walk and left home and 08:02 AM for work.

Walked by Oval Cricket ground, Vauxhall park and Royal embankment to Westminster towards St. James street.. got there around 08:45.. Was a bit sweaty. Work was cool. Just changed buildings around lunchtime.. and left work a bit early with permission around 4 pm and took the Nothern line to Southwark to go to Burrell street.. for Monkeypox vaccine and they made me scan a code and gave next day’s telephone appointment, walked back upto Southwark station and took the Jubilee line back to Waterloo and then Northern line to Oval.

Home around 18:06 went straight to bed. Felt like going to bed and work up 19:20 I was feeling good. Tidied up waking up things, getting ready for tomorrow. Lucky Chicken and rice from yesterday still there, heated it up and ate watching Narcos on Netflix. It’s time I catch up with this show.. got off around 21:20 and mediated for 20 min until 21:56 22:00 alarm went off.. Sat at the desk and opened Linkedlin learning and did 50 min Gantts chart course x 2.0 speed., a guy wasted 30 min of my time just speaking and not showing anything. Annoyed and I then googled another bunch of charts in depth courses and then took a break when I sat back, I started googling about studio flats Vauxhall next thing I saw the time was 23:56.. 3 things I felt grateful for today

  • Don’t know about tomorrow but now I finished typing something now so I feel good.
  • Grateful for Lachna, ate it with a banana just now.
  • Grateful for the sleep which is coming.

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times stronger, happier, richer and bigger tomorrow and then have a relaxing relaxing relaxing yet productive week of the day and all negative patterns please get deleted now and peaceful sleep please come. Good night, goodluck. Ash
