Sitting in my bed, the whole body is shaking, a bit with cold., and a bit are nerves.. the lights are off. I was gonna turn the bed light on while I started typing but the wire went behind the desk and the little switch is went away somewhere.. Just wondering what will happen tomorrow?

then day after tomorrow and then 2 weeks from now.. 4 weeks from now and a month and then 6 months then 2 years… β€œWhat would it take for me and for you to be this to be one of the best years of the chapter.. and all negative patterns in mind causing the fear of insecurity, please get deleted now and unrooted from time dimension space and reality? What would it take for everything to be just fine as it always has been? β€œ

Woke up early. but stayed in bed., had the alarm on to go to gym before work but didn’t.. All negative energies procrastinating and holding back to be deleted now!

Stayed in bed until 6:30.. then showered, breakfast ate, Tuna, chapati and daal and logged in sharp work at 8:03.. work went smooth.. 13:10.. lunchtime, got to the gym.. the first day back since the long holiday visiting parents, I didn’t take any pix at the gym, just worked out.. What would it take for me to take some pix tomorrow?

Had a really really really really really good work out.. Did Back, upper body, 4 sets x Barbell Deadlifts, 4 sets x Barbell Bent over rows, then 4 sets x Wide grip Lap pulldowns, then 4 sets x Incline Bench Hammer curls, Preacher Curls, Straight Arm pushdowns, and then finally 4 sets x Abs on the machine push head down and up.. .

I was feeling really good when I left the gym and walked back home to the desk, 13:50 I was already at home.. and I said, I still have few min before I sit back on my desk and then I sat at afternoon work at 13:58.. rest of the day went really well.

I had messaged my brother around 11 AM asking how was his day and he said going well, looking for the flats.. He’s gotta move to a new place Baby is coming and a contract is due for renewal. I send my love blessings and regards that he find a place so perfect for him and for the rest of the family and for his new arrival..

Rest of the evening just stayed at home, reading, eating, watched something while I ate and then I was chatting to couples of mates on the app for a bit. and then the day flew like the la al laa.a..

It’s past midnight now and I have to go to bed, tomorrow one more day and the weekend will arrive to have more time to do a few more things. My Madina chapter continuation is not finished yet, it will be the next one hopefully or at the weekend.. Going to bed now.. bye. Good NIght. goodluk. Ash

  • For the Rice got cooked very well at the lunchtime.
  • So grateful for the workout today at the gym.
  • Happy mother texted around 23:30 pm giving updates back home Bro was out with a friend looking for a flat, she’s praying and dad is already asleep.. bye!
