🌈 671 - Wed 20 Apr 23:57 2022London Woke up at 8 sharp to the alarm.. looked outside the window and these 4 guys standing outside downstairs, builders planning to probably build something in the parking area. It was great to see people.. usually birds I see behind. Now It became Thu 21 Apr 03:41.. I wrote a full page earlier and all content disappeared .. Ayyo.. Logged in work around 8:15 I saw there was some work waiting for me when I was in the bed. and I might have .. "Everything that made me procrastinate at that time, instead of being energetic and getting up and doing the work all those negative patterns, please get delete now..?" Then worked straight until 10 AM... Huddle meeting went well online, I said, I'm waiting of CTA to return, I have a DEC bundle to finish and then a couple of bundle upload actions.. I will be doing these, okay guys have a nice day... and friend messaged me in a bit saying.. hey how you doing? was nice to chat to for a bit.. and then my lead also got in touch for something and it was quick one but nice to be in contact.. It was good.. the day went quick Worked till 13:16 took lunch break but walked up to work Kennington to print the evisa for Saudi this Sunday. Got the visa and then from there quickly went home dropped it and got my Red Hat out and went to Oval tube station Northern line to Stockwell then Victoria line to Oxford street and then from Oxford street, Bakerloo line to Edgware road and went to the Embassy to pick up my passport to the agency, in the end it was not needed to use them.. On my way left, I stopped at the Butcher shop and got some Beef 1kg for £10 from some Arab shop, the guy was so attractive with his long beard.Took the train back from Edgware road Bakerloo train to Charring cross and then from there took the Northern line to Oval but i sat in the diversion train to from Kennington instead co coming to Oval I went to Nine Elms station, it's new I have not been inside and I always wondered how it looked. It was beautiful. I also saw 3 or 4 guys there and their weirdnesses.. and then one lady Bakerloo line, she wanted to come closer and then wanted to look up and then walk.. I thougth. OMgG... Got home, I had some work awaiting, got back to the desk should have made it by 2 pm but a bit over and then worked through for a couple more hours.. 16:50 logged off work and quick walked up to Closer to stockwell for the 4th Covid vaccination.. It went well. I walked back home straight via Pure Gym by the Oval church,when I just got home, this guy messaged on ebay asking me to complete the order.. and I realised I got the phone I ordered online and it arrived and it came with full scratches.. and I got so mad with him.. "Everything that made me so mad and angry at that time, please uncreate it delete it and de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.: I wish I had dealt with it def another way and another attitude" everything that made me react.. please all negative patterns please delete.. I took a nap and when I woke up that guy refunded. tomorrow I need to go to post office and send it back. 20:07 was Iftar.. Did Iftar and then offered Magrib namaz and ate food watching call the agent.. Ate well.. then started packing and unpacking and getting ready for the weekend and for the travel and then .. 3 things I felt grateful for today So grateful the day went smooth. So grateful I got a chance to learn some lessons during the day so grateful for the peaceful sleep which is coming now.. What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times happier, stronger, activer and have a relaxing relaxing relaxing yet productive day tomorrow and then the week ahead and the weekend... and all negative patterns please be erased..
