Woke up 9:30.. family group Whatsapp chat, Dad’s sent a video of floods around all the houses and a lot of the town was.. so it’s the Global warming.. ok?
Our earth is about 4.543 billion years old and you and I come for about 100 years appx. Our soul comes to this earth and stays here for certain amount of time and goes somewhere.
We stay on the planet and some of us have relations, father, mother brother sister cousiss etc. You grow and you learn lessons, and some of you in fact a lot of you will multiply.. We as humans we started multiplying we we overtook all the animals and conquered the earth.. and it’s our.s. .

12:35 went to gym.. Had a really really great Arm workout. Pure gym Oval. The gym was very busy and didn’t get to finish all the workout.
I did 4 sets of pullups and 4 sets of 20 kgs Sitting Stretch Curls, 4 x sets Ez bar curls standing up and then a Drop set of Shoulders on the machine starting with 50 kgs.. was feeling good.
It’s the middle of the night now and I had a craving of eating something sweet. I looked in the cupboards and I ate all sweet things over the weekend so nothing left then I opened the firdge and I ate few forks of Apricot jam by Sainsbury’s. God thank you so much for the Apricots on the planet to eat and all the people who made i possible for me to enjoy.
I’m going to bed now. Tomorrow mornings work at 8am. have a nice night.
What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times stronger, happier, richer tomorrow and have a great relaxing yet productive day and then the week… ?
