London
Woke up at 9:30.. felt really fresh and energetic.. raining outside so didnβt feel like going to run. Later when I went to walk outside in the evening I felt I should have gone for the run anyway even though it was wet.
βWhat would it take for me and for you to wake up early tomorrow and feel active, energetic and go for run without any procrastination?β
I had my headphones on as soon as I woke up and started listening to Tim Ferrisβs podcast.. ate a can of Tuna around 10:30 after meditating for 15 min.. When I was in the kitchen a WhatsApp message came through and my phone was in my room and I told myself, the txtβs probably is mum.. and I wish itβs her, havenβt spoken to her a couple of days now and it was her. I said, Iβm in the kitchen eating breakfast and you can ring me.. and she did. we spoke for a little bit catching up on this and that.
11:37 Had messaged Ms. Sandra happy weekend, she asked if I was going out today, I said, for sure I will go for a walk and if the floor gets dry perhaps run.
Around midday I was on my laptop working doing some work dad sent me a text this time. I phoned him back, he was in between the prayers but spoke to me for the next 40 minutes. most spoke about what he was talking to his brother today, was fun.
13:30. Ate lunch, beef, khatta, and rice.. watching Schitz creek was fun again.. around 4:30 pm. I didnβt wanna stay at home so left home and had to fully dress up it had been freezing outside today but when I started walking it was fine. Walked up the Embankment bridge. So from Vauxhall to Lambeth bridge then Westminster bridge then Embankment bridge.. When I was next to archbishops castle Sister phone today probably after 6 months.. I spoke to her my entire walk mostly until I got home around 7:15 pm. there werenβt a lot of people outside, just for the sake of noting it down now, Iβm gonna look at the news see what going on with Covid.
A further 1,295 deaths within 28 days of a positive Covid test have been reported in the UK, the third-highest daily total since the pandemic began.
It brings the total number of deaths by this measure to 88,590.
There have also been a further 41,346 lab-confirmed cases, and 4,262 more people have been admitted to the hospital.
The above figures are unbelievable but itβs the reality. In the future when I look back and read my journal for today. Ash there is nothing that I can be more grateful for being safe, for my flatmates to be safe, for all my family to be safe.. God, Iβm sorry, please forgive me for all my sins, please forgive all my fellow beingsβ sins. We have learned our lesson, we are not going to ever take anything for granted. I promise to never be an egoistic attitude-filled human but will be a humble servant of God. Please forgive us for all we have done!
Whatβs done is done. Whatβs gone is gone. One of lifeβs lessons is always moving on. Itβs okay to look back to see how far youβve come but keep moving forward.
Thank you, good night, Ash
