Another person cannot cause you to feel a certain way unless by choice through thoughts and emotions you choose to hold that experience in yourselves. If you choose to create a love for self then focus your thoughts, your energy, and your complete emotions into channeling the feelings of love until you have replaced fear with love.
Use not the illusion of time for the lack in which to deny yourself any longer. I tell you this by denying yourself you are denying uplifting another. You are responsible for your own gifts, by sharing them with yourself, you share them in turn by sharing the light of the souls around you, instead seek to fulfill the purpose greater than yourself.
Look to a source within for the courage to guide you where you need to go. You have time and you always had time on your side.

Anyway, today I woke up, 7:30.. stayed in bed a bit longer bkz itβs Saturday today and I donβt have to log in to work at 8 am.. and apparently the death toll and infection rate have gone up in the UK and there might be a chance of further strict lockdown if this persists this weekend or so..
So far, as of today according to BBC 307,000 people have died and 4.5 million people have been infected with Corona COVID 19 of 33,998 in UK alone with 384 dead last night.
Couple days ago I was just waking up early in the morning, and I saw a mate whom I havenβt seen in 8 years, I used to work with him in my Uni days, I saw him early morning around 6 am walking downstairs under my balcony of 3rd floor in Oval by the Cricket Ground, London, he was with a big bagβ¦ I shouted, Simon.. he was like aw!! and I have a beard now.. he said he had been stuck in Poland for 3 months now as there were no flights, no trains, buses or anything to come back to home UK. His wife and little daughter were here alone in the UK all these days and he couldnβt come back..
He had taken a bus from Poland to London and it had just dropped him around Victoria, Vauxhall and heβs walking home to North London. He said I am at least glad I made it UK.. I canβt wait to go home to my daughter.Β I felt sorry for him and glad that it wasnβt me!
Anyway for todayβs dinner,
Itβs Palak Aur Anda (Spinich and Eggs)
Ingredients:
β Fresh 500 Grams of spinach.
β 2 or 3 Eggs.
β 1 medium-sized Onion.
β 3 tablespoons of Oil
β 1 and a half teaspoons of Red Chilli Powder. (or depends on how spicy you prefer)
β 1 teaspoon of Salt
β Half teaspoon of Turmeric (Itβs ok, if you donβt have this, but Turmeric is the main ingredients in ancient/ current Indian tradition country real food).
β 2 x Cloves of Garlic
β 2 x Cloves of Garlic size Ginger.
Take a medium-sized, saucepan and 3 teaspoons of oil (more the better), first add chopped onion then add spinach and then add, Chill powder, Salt, Turmeric, and then add peeled and crushed Ginger and Garlic or chopped into very think pieces.
Mix it properly and leave it for 15 minutes and mix it every 3 or 4 minutes, when the Spinich is done, 5 minutes before you gonna turn the stove off, Add 2 Eggs to it. After 5 min, flip the Eggs around. It should all should take between 15 to 20 minutes max. You would start to smell fresh yummy spinach.
If you have green chillis, you can add 1 chilly while cooking Spinach.. It will give you a nice kick.

what would it take for me to experience a lot of food of this planet when the lockdown is over and everything in the way of that happening, please get deleted from across all time, dimensions, space, and reality..
