Woke up 6:30.. felt energetic but stayed in the bed for a bit longer. Got to gym around 7:40, did only pullups then a set of shoulders on the machine.. then 4 x sets of Abs on the machine.. posted 2 Instagrams posts.. then work 8:20.. I have noticed myself being a bit grump during the day. It must have been the frustration of not finding rice yesterday at the supermarket.
I know it’s unbelievable to believe that the things you take for granted want to teach you a lesson for probably not being grateful. I went to the supermarket yesterday after work and the entire row of rice section has vanished.. people are going crazy right now.. and the tissue papers.. I have no idea what they are going to do with those.. they are making it as if we are going in a war..

I kept away from the news for many days now.. bkz media, news, newspapers .. they find things that scars people the most, and they constantly feed all the negativity into you. so I wasn’t following the news. and now.. I realized there was no rice and no toilet paper left in the supermarket today. I felt i funny but a bit scary. Italy is quarantined, completely shut down except for the pharmacies and groceries.
I tried to order online on Sainsbury’s website and the delivery was not available for another 3 weeks.I phoned them and I was online for like 30 minutes anytime delivery thing that they made me subscribe to check the delivery availability. I was pissed off and when I spoke to him, I only canceled that delivery plan thing but I forgot to ask him if he would be able to order my shopping cart.
Anyway, took a nap at 5:30 pm, couldn’t sleep. I usually set an alarm for 8 min and 10 min. and nap around that time after work.. but couldn’t fall asleep. I sat up and meditated for 15 minutes..
Around, 7:30 pm, I went swimming.. Got home around 9.. ate dinner Ms Sandra’s Picalilly sandwich and tea.. spent a bit of a time-wasting on my phone then had a wank and finally sat down with my latop at midnight. every day I aim to sit with my laptop by 8pm, and I make it 12..

– for the food that I miss now that I always had easy access to that, I wasn’t grateful for…

What would it take for me and for you to be completely healthy, wealthy, huge, masculine, ripped, muscled, weigh 90 kgs, have 3% body fat, be most confident most handsome with the title No1 with beautiful thick dark hair and perfect perfect symmetry and love yourself very much and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality..
