Just whipped up a quick, delicious salad! My plan was to sit down and eat while typing, but it was way too good to stop until it was gone.
I started with a base of coleslaw in the bowl, added a handful of fresh spinach leaves, and topped it with a mix of dried fruits—almonds, cashews, sultanas, and a few extra dried grapes about 4 spoons. So tasty!
Woke up wondering why the alarm has not gone off and the time was 06:49, The Alarm was set up for 06:50, turned it off before It’s gone.. still in bed, then read Dad’s good morning prayer message, one I had read last night when I slept and one I left for to read in the morning.
Feeling fresh in the morning, there was light outside, went to pee came back and tried to sleep again but no sleep came, feeling active, I wondered how much more energy today was, maybe because I slept early last night around 00:30.
Sat at the end of the bed, mediated on 30 affirmations, then got ready and left for the gym, mild outside the weather.. Had a really, really, really, really, really good workout, did 4 sets of 11 reps of Pul-ups on the bar, lateral raise shoulders, bicep curls, hammer curls all these on ropes, then found a 10 kgs dumbbell found on the side, did 2nd set of lateral raises..
Just got an email from a casting call, new faces are needed for apple production, for an office worker filming 1st Nov. I emailed them back, Thanks and yes def interested and available.

I had to attend this class for a bit in the morning at the Pimilico Academy to set up the course, join the Zoom call for online attendees, and then set up the projector for an online tutor, I got there early at 09:30.
As I entered the building, the girl at the reception was so happy when I said, Hi, Happy Halloween.. she said, have a nice day sir!
I got to the class half hour early, the class was empty and there was already one bag there someone had arrived, I heard them waking back, I stood by the door and said Boo and she jumped, we said hi and hugged.. had a quick catch up, some other girl walked in and she said, Hi how are you guys? must be good after an extra hour of sleep.
So that was the reason why I was so alert early in the morning, the clocks went back, so I woke up an hour late..
In the UK, clocks move forward an hour at 1 a.m. on the last Sunday in March and back an hour at 2 a.m. on the last Sunday in October.
After setting up the class, I escaped it with an excuse I have to repair my bike break broke, I was gonna go to Oval, there is this bike shop if not, go to Elephant and Castle, I know there is one there, but then changed my mind and just came home as I have Dr Bike at work, which I can get help from easily.
I now home, ate some rice and okra from last night as I got in then made salad and now sitting down to write..
The sounds of Diwali celebrations fill the air outside Trafalgar Square, for. me rather, Hozier’s “Too Sweet” is playing on Virgin Radio again, the lyrics go something like this…

3 things I felt grateful for today
Grateful and felt so relaxed after taking a nap this evening around 18:00.
Grateful there is a sense of community on the planet, like today everywhere the roads were placed, all going towards Trafalgar Square to celebrate a festival of light.
Grateful in peace tonight and heading to bed right now.
What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, muscular, more energetic, confident, happy, helpful, wake up early, make it workout in the morning, log in work sharp on time, everything to be okay with family, friends and everyone around then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet a productive day tomorrow?
