A little blue tooth speaker is playing on my desk, Blank Spaces by Taylor Swift, the light on the speaker has gone red, it needs a charge, this large rose-red thick towel on my desk under my fingers and keyboard, this huge big reddish pink giant wheel London eye on my left outside the window, and red scaffolding light somewhere near Vauxhall. Today is a red day!
Somehow I attracted the red colour a lot today, Itβs funny I say that but this page started with blue..
Woke up early, around 05:45, somehow woke up energetic, even though with only had a few hours of sleep, read the affirmations in bed, then messages on the family group, Dads good morning prayer, sis and bro in law giving an update, neph went into the class today first day at the uni, then did affirmation in the bed.
Got off sat on the sofa with my back straight and meditated for another 25 affirmations, got ready and left for the gym, bright, light and already sunny outside. Got to the Pure Gym Piccadilly around 07:10, had a really, really, really, really, really yes 5 times really good workout, only did a few exercises and effective and good ones with only a minute break in between sets.
Did 4 sets of 10 reps of pull-ups, flat bench barbell presses, shoulder presses.. on the machine, had a quick shower and walked back home, and took 7 stairs up and did not use the lift. Ate breakfast, Harees got ready, only wore half sleeves, a white shirt with stripes.. and matching blue trousers, and left home via St James Park, my road was blocked with Just oil/
Itβs almost past midnight, and I just got carried away, reading, browsing and doing other things instead of finishing the writing. Finding other things to do instead of finishing the main thing, is why time blocking is a good tool, you block the time to complete a task. Next half hour I will finish this task, and even if I donβt finish it, I will move on to the next task, which will teach my brain to stay focused.
