Just yawning and chatting to Bhaia on WhatsApp, was on the call mate MT, Allaha meri madad kar, iss pareshani se bachaale.. Allaha dil se dua hai, meri madad kar, meri madad kar!
Woke up early this morning, cloudy, but mild outside, started tidying up the room, I was gonna have a friend visit me for breakfast in the morning, tiptop polished the room got ready and left home to go to the gym around 08:20, Picadilly circus pure gym wonder why it was closed.. Today is Monday the bank holiday weekend last day off.. the streets were empty.. tbh I was glad the gym was closed. I walked up to the Fabrique Bakery covent garden and got 3 x bags of breakfast, from too good to go, then walked back home to Piccadilly Circus, when I got home, the surprise bag was just 2 x big loaves of bread and some more bun bread, so went back to Cafe Nero downstairs by the Haymarket and got 2 x Tuna sandwiches and one vegetable sandwich for my vegan gf and Tuna for bf and I, dropped them back at home and went to pick up the old polish gf that I hadn’t spoken to in 4 years, that I recently got in touch again since I was going to build all those meaningful relations that I abandoned… We hugged each other on the street and walked back home. she still looks the same, a couple of years ago she moved to Glasgow and during covid she got married, when we last spoke she had her old bf. things changed, moved and evolved.. I congratulated her and wished them both the best of luck!
When we got home, my other mate who was going to join us texted that he was not coming, I phoned him and asked him to swing by and he popped in the next 20 minutes.. we all hung in and had a long chat, masterminding and then we left home to go upto Harrods, my friend the girl she wanted to buy a perfume for her mother in law and I saw her spend £98 for a perfume.. mate and I didn’t buy anything but hung in sprayed some perfumes and we all left home, walked around Knightbridge… through the Hydepark, dropped her back at the MarbleArch station and walked back home..
That was Kasia that I met today.. I just felt I need to reconnect with all those friends that I had been not in touch hence started catching up and will be doing it some weeks to come. “Sometimes you gotta put everybody on hold and take care of yourself.”
MT and I got home, had a shower, had a rosey, and hung in, he left to go to a birthday and I came to sit at my desk and did the I&D Application until 22:30 and got up to make lentils and rice.

Grateful for my brother bhaia who checked on me just a few minutes ago before him going to bed. love you bro!
What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, more energetic, confident, happy, motivated, rich, healthier, make it to workout in the morning and then get to work on time, everything to be just fine with family, friends and everyone around and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing, yet a productive day tomorrow and all negative patterns, please get removed..
