Found myself relaxing, singing, and having my time. Things have been building up, 2nd Priority things like laundry were done 4 days ago, and still need to fold it, for many days now, was aiming to tidy up the desk space, keep it clear, and remove distractions to do more work on the priority thing like the goals, finishing the assignments for the psychology course, finishing SQL, clearing the wardrobe, sending the post plus on 23rd probably moving home… all these to be done by end of this year.

What would it take to achieve all of 2023’s goals and accomplish them with flying colors and the transitions to happen smoothly and effectively with love, comfort, gratitude, and with spreading compassion and affection to everyone around you and me? and all positive mind patterns come to the front NOW!

1st one to update the cookbook, finish Walk in the Wood book, byheart Pappa given dua, byheart BPSS and Insider threat policy, send mail to Bhaia, finish feel the the Fear Do It Anyway book, finish 001 Seye book, finish Tnemailrap eht otni raey 1 book, byheart parah 30, byheart surah kahf, update website, move home, byheart downton quotes, keep up with the gym, swim and run, clear the desk, practice vogue for 10 dec show, change bedding, wash duvet, finish SQL and psychology course, finish the order online for the show, ;..Γ·Γ·

Woke up early without alarm, cold, dry, wet, grey, and snowing outside most day, logged in sharp at 08:20 am. Sat at the desk, looking down from the window, snow is falling on the floor.. sat at the desk until 12:20, got up to shower, Friday gusl, went to offer Jumma prayer, jamath just missed, if only I was quick in the shower I felt, got back home and back to the desk up to 18:30, then took a nap, woke up 19:20, stayed in bed until 20:00, walked upto Wandsworth road, and got dinner, then did this and that until I start writing..

  • Enjoyed the walk up to the shop this evening, wore thick, and got the headphones on.

  • Grateful, the bedroom is warm.

  • Grateful got a day off the next two days to chill

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, stronger, more energetic, happy, and grateful and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing, yet productive day tomorrow and then the weekend and all negative patterns, please get removed,
