Woke up 6:10..Sat up, wrote my affirmations… Decided to go back to bed by visualizing on goals.. I have read in many books, visualizing on your goals, as soon as you wake up and just before you go to bed is a really effective process. 

Got to work sharp at 8 AM, I wore a Red Jumper and Blue Jeans on.. Work was really great.. The box the first half in the morning, I had listened to an hour of Bloomberg news and then I had listened to the Audiobook of Smarter Faster Better by Charles Duhigg pdf. 

In the afternoon, I had listened to a manifestation meditation by Dan Lok, got home at 04:25, took a half hour nap.. Got up, got ready for the call with my mentor who’s gonna help me with my strategy, we could not get connected, I think that was an automation error. 

I decided to go for a swim, and got ready and went swimming at 7:15 I think, I forgot to take my towel to swim so I had returned, I got home, changed and went for jog… ran across the river over the embankment then back to Vauxhall bridge.. and got home feeling very grateful.. 

Made my dinner at 8:30, homemade tomato soup and bread.. sharp at 09:31, I sat down to meditate.. Meditated for about 45 minutes then checked my campaigns, responded to an email and sat down blogging.. 

3 x things that I am grateful for today 

– I am grateful for being able to run. 

– I am grateful for being able to do all the things that I am doing now. jogging, swimming, working, eating, talking, laughing.. 

– I am grateful for having this ability to think and write.. 


3 x happy moments of my day. 

– When I decided to go back to bed this morning at 6, I turned into a kid and went inside the duvet very happy. 

– I felt so happy and grateful jogging back home earlier. 

– I was happy when I walked to work this morning and on my way there trees all had flowers.. so I took this pic and sent to Ms Sandra.. and she loved it.. 


3 x things that I need to do next that will take me a step closer to my destination 

–  Write a new script for the video 

– Complete analytics training 

– Test more keyword campaigns..

1 x Act of kindness

– Offered a tangerine to a friend at work..
