Saturate the magic of gratitude in your life.. everything revolves around and with gratitude.. It’s the lightest feeling ever when you say it in yourself. In the energy figures, it stands on the top of the list.. If hate is ‘Zero” then gratitude is 100.

No matter how bad the situation is, there will still be something in regards to that you can be grateful for .. try and remember that next time when you get mad.. Say thank you to God as you walk up every morning. when you put your first step for being blessed with this day and the energy. so what can I bring value to? what am I supposed to do for being given this day? How can I put the value out? and what lessons can I learn? 

If you have affirmation, the first hour of waking up is really cool for that.. A short affirmation 30 to 40 times doing anything else in the morning, you’ll be on the path to your goals.. 

and finally to touch upon that, a couple times of affirmations in front of the mirror same with an hour of waking up is another powerful way to trick your brain to work for us.. 

If you are having a bad day then you can count a 100 things that you are grateful for.. you can start saying thank you to literally everything comes to your mind. Thank you for this desk, thank you for this laptop, thank you for this flight.. thank you for all these a 100 times.  your mind will feel so cool.. 

If you want to make the relationship better, you should list out a bunch of things you like about that person and read the list, again and again, a few times will replace all your negative emotions towards that person to positive.. It will replace that memory that you hold for the last part that you were angry about and fills up with all the things that you think were their good qualities and you were grateful for.. 

If you want to manifest things in your life, like money, fame or life experiences. you have to be grateful for the things you already possess. grateful for the things you have in your life, the air that you breath.. a general state of gratitudeness.. and at that time you would be vibrating in a different level and you think of things you want and make your those things align with your goals and they should be coming from a place of love not fear or ego.. 

3 x things I am grateful for today 

– Grateful for my jog across the river this morning.. being able to jog and for the time that I was able to manage, and for the space that was blessed with to run, and for the reality I felt at that time in the Now. 

– Grateful for all the food I ate, and some extra food my flatmate bought from his work.

– Grateful for this Johnson’s baby oil. I must have always used it but never thanked it.. 

3 x things I need to do next that will take me step closer to my goals

– Send this weeks broadcast. 

– Complete Facebook group managing training. 

– Research creating Ebook 

1 x little wish of my day.. 

– What would it take for me and you to manifest a full day of gratitude feeling and everything in the way of that happening, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality..
