Wednesday 12 June 2019 

I woke up 4:45, sat up had Joe Dispenza’s meditation on .. sat up for the next 40 minutes and then fell a sleep.. the idea was to be up and not fall asleep again.. but I am working on it.. 

“Everything that’s making me fall a sleep during my meditation or after as I intend not to and work instead, so everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality .. “

had been listening to an audiobook of Through the Eyes of Truth by Suzy Bootz. My God! So wonderful work.. 😉

Got home from work around 04:20.. had a great day at work.. booked a bicycle class at the gym.. I did an affirmation for energy before class and I had a great workout and I shall be attending this class from now every week.. bkz it made me sweat so much.

Got home, watched an episode of Attack on Titans.. I am watching this for my nephew. he’s 9 and he loves it and he wanted me to watch.. as I am growing younger and younger every day and I love those comic type cartoons.. so why not watch for him.. 

Made my lunch for tomorrow., ate a huge meal, Thia Chicken Curry and Rice, bought by my mate Ciaran yesterday and ate, more rice with 2 eggs and Okra fried, and a bottle of Chicken blend in yogurt. I know it’s gross but it’s a protein kick.. 

sat down made a list of most important things I need to do next list.. started with my daily blog.. and I have a bunch of stuff.. 

How’s your day, week? are you getting up something?  is there anything you are working towards? nothing can stop you! just keep your thoughts positive.. 

3 x things that I am grateful for today 

– Grateful for the great bike workout this evening. 

– Grateful for my foot and for being run, jog, bike and do all things.. 

– Grateful for all the nice food I ate today. 

3 x Happy moments of my day 

– Happy walking back home from the gym. 

– Felt happy eating dinner. 

– Felt so happy when It rained this evening and I got a little wet getting home.. 

3 x things I need to do next that will take me a step closer to my goals

– Research for the new script for the video. 

– Research the video edit process

– create subtitles and thumbnail for the video.

1 x little wish of my day 

– What vibrational energy can I align to, to have and feel my dream body now and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it delete it de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.
