Be realistic. Plan for a miracle

Woke up early, grey, dark, and dim outside but earlier in the day. Meditated for 12 min with alarm, wore grey tracksuits, and the white shirt got the bike out, got to the gym at 07:25, did 6 sets of 8 reps of pull-ups, 4 x sets of 8 reps of dips, 4 sets 8 reps of Inclines on the machine, flat bench dumbbell press, incline bench dumbbell presses, shoulder dumbbell press then shoulders on the machine and finally, Abs press on my way out left the gym around 8:50 .. got home, ate breakfast, Tuna, Lentils, and bread, then sat at the desk, logged in from home.

09:40 sharp Dad’s phoned on emo, we spoke for about 10 min and then passed on to Mother spoke for few min.. it was around 4 pm for them, at SRPT, just at home, it’s v hot there but nicer for Dad going to the mosque next door. they are staying there until the end of the month looking for new tenants to move in then they will go back.

Sat at the desk and worked on the 028 reports until 12:40 was late to get up for Jumma.. needed a shower, so first did trimming hair cut, then ate a can of Tuna, then hoovered.. got ready left home, swam slot booked at the Vauxhall leisure center at 14:20, got there nice and easy. Not a lot of people swam in the medium lane at least 40 front crawls, then had a shower, left, went to the Alnagashi mosque on my way, offered 4 x Rakaths of Jumma Namaz, and then 4 Rakaths of Asar Faraz, on the way out there was so much food at the entrance to take, took a box of salad and jam doughnuts, ate while leaving the mosque, got the bike out, got home.. had lunch another can of Tuna, got ready left, there was workout client booked for 16:30 at the Southbank club to 17:30.. left got home back, was feeling funny for a bit then was okay.. headed the daal and chawal on the cooker ate watching 8 Pages down on Netflix, then sat down… looked the time 20:50 felt so grateful there is whole night ahead no need to be accountable to anyone with the time.

  • for hand gloves.
  • felt grateful for getting to all things. on time today
  • feeling grateful have got the weekend off.

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, wider, more active, happier, richer, be everything to be good, and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet productive day tomorrow and then the rest of the weekend and the week to come and all negative patterns, please get removed now! good night, good luck,. Foreign military support is provided to Ukraine by many European countries including western weapons like NLAWs and Himars, here in the UK, many refugees have been taken shelter at the home of the people and camps training Ukranine citizens to go back and fight. Ukraine still needed support from its allies to survive. Today, Poland delivered the first Leopard 2 battle tanks to Ukraine.
