Thursday day of the day! Today I want to thank God for the gift of life. No complaints, no requests, just thank you for being there.. The day went well! Woke up early, but to a dream something random, but it was in the fields in London.. there was this mate of mine with me, or was that my brother, I cannot recall now but I wasn’t alone, the Sun was out, we were out, this huge fields and a house where this other Spanish guy was there, we asked him, if he’d live there and he said yes, he lives in the middle of the field and middle of London but London does not have that type of agricultural fields, wonder what that was then!

Anyway, woke up to the 06:40 alarm, I woken up earlier around 3;30 and got the thicker blanket from this space behind the sofa to cover the temperature that had fallen overnight, and it was fully cloudy as I got up.. Read the good morning and prayer message on the family group chat sent by Dad, gave a heart to it, then read the affirmations still in bed, then checked the Trading App to see everything is still okay! and it seemed it was.. sat at the edge of the bed and meditated for about 7 minutes.. loo time, only then got ready to go to the gym, wore, a white black t-shirt, shorts, and yellow trainers, packed the back with a towel, shampoo, flipflops, a small padlock and left home Oxendon street, got to the Pure gym oval in about 4 minutes walk..

Thursday day of the day, middle of the week, wonder where all the people at the gym disappear, as the week goes, I think their motivation level drops.. It was nice and quiet, had a really, really, really, really, really, really.. good workout. Did 4 x sets of 8 reps of pull-ups hanging on the bar, then 4 x 20 kgs Shoulder presses, Lateral raises, Incline Bench presses, Flat bench presses and a set of Abs legs hanging from the bench.. went downstairs, had quick shower..

Back home, got the work laptop out and logged in sharp around 08:39 to be exact! Was feeling grateful, grateful, and happy for a good workout! there is nothing more to a day than having a good workout in the morning before work and it sets the tone for the day biches!! so go and work out!!! go go.. go now!! gooo….

Todays’ work went well. Sat at the desk, worked and worked, did so many things but nothing productive.. Around 11 I remember telling myself and I was close to texting a friend M, I did a lot today so far but nothing workwise.. and I still have work to finish.. but then I didn’t text! it was already close to getting midday by then!

Did not break for lunch but still sat at the desk around 13:00, was working to create 3 x risk assessment forms, work is ongoing and then around 14:07 friend asked to help out with an issue on Excel to remove the conditional formatting, It was me who created that spreadsheet, wonder how I put the formatting on and it doesn’t recognise now. I had a watch a couple YouTube videos to fix it and in the end it worked and the time was 15:30.. Things just came up and you got to change the plans and the only way to guarantee you will succeed in a day is to keep doing things! and creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others!

Around 16:15, had a long chat with a mate, he was out on his bike returning from an event, and he said a few things about there.. he found a plant and then someone else’s it was and the owner took it back, but the owner had also found it.. so wonder why we 3 of us came across and attracted that beautiful plant in our day.

Logged off work around 17:30, by the clouds cleared and noisy outside, I’m on the 7th floor flat above the Haymarket busy street,.. I look from the balcony and I see a lot of people out and about, I didn’t want to stay in after work, so got ready and left for a run.. A little mild outside but perfect weather for a job, by Haymarket, over Buckingham palace road, past Horse guards parade, towards St James park, Victoria street, Church Street, Great peter street, over the Lambeth bridge, past Tata Britain, went up to Vauxhall bridge, climbed and crossed across, took the stairs down, Past Lambeth bridge, by the Covid memorial wall on the right (there was a lady still drawing and writing name on a heart on the wall) took the stairs up to Westminster bridge, by Parliament and Portcullis, 10 Downing street, back towards Trafalgar Square.. ran back home to Piccadilly circus got home and took stairs for 7 floors…

It was only an hour past by then so it was like 7:15.. still too early, still light outside and bright. and still plenty of day left.. Made dinner Haleem., sat and ate watching Netflix, Triangle of Sorrow something like that name it was.. still sitting there after dinner and my brother phoned to check up on me from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.. Arabian Knights.. Arab ka hai desh…

We had a catch-up for the next 40 min, he was out to get milk power for little nephew 7 months old, parents, and bro they returned home not long ago from out shopping, mother wanted to buy gold, so they had been out and she’s bought 4 new bangles and a gold chain,. I wondered why she’d need more but apparently, they feel secure having a lot of gold with them the women! Bless her!

Spoke with a mate for a bit and now sitting down to type..

3 things I felt grateful for today

  • Grateful went for a run almost after a month and feel fully recharged and barely sweating.

  • Grateful, parents and family are in a good jolly mood that they were out and about also shopping.

  • Grateful some writing for the day today is done and I’m going to bed happy!

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times, bigger, thicker, more energetic, confident, happy, rich, muscular, strong, make it work out again in the morning, have a good workout, log work on time, day to go smooth, everything to be fine with family, friends and everyone around and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing, yet a productive day tomorrow?
